I'm a performance-led growth leader with 11 years of experience driving commercial impact through paid media, creative strategy, and rigorous experimentation.
</p>
<p>
Most recently, I was the Marketing Lead at OVO Charge (formerly Bonnet), where I built the marketing function from the ground up, scaled MAU by 180%, and played a key role in the company's acquisition by OVO. I've managed multi-million pound acquisition budgets across UK and EU markets, working with brands including ClassPass, Buzzbike, Pandora, and Zoopla.

I partner cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver sustainable growth that balances strong economics with compelling customer storytelling. I've built attribution frameworks, led GTM strategies, hired and developed growth teams, and created scalable systems that turn insight into action.
